Gabriel appeared to Mustafa in his own form, and from his seven hundred wings, only one was revealed, covering the horizon and obscuring the sun with all its rays.
Mustafa said to Gabriel, "Show me your true form so I can see you clearly."
Gabriel replied, "You cannot bear it; your senses are weak, and it would be too overwhelming for you."
Mustafa insisted, "Show me so this body can see how delicate and unsupported the senses are."
Humans have weak physical senses, but within them lies a great creation.
This body is like stone and iron, but it has the quality of a fire striker.
Stone and iron give birth to fire, and fire is born from these two harsh parents.
Fire, in turn, dominates the body and burns brightly.
Yet within the body is a flame like Abraham's, which can overpower the tower of fire.
Thus, the multi-talented Messenger said, "We are the last, yet the foremost."
Outwardly, these two are weak in appearance, but in essence, they surpass the mines of iron.
So, in form, humanity is the branch of the world, but in essence, it is the root of the world.
Outwardly, a mosquito can lift it to the sky, but inwardly, it encompasses the seven heavens.
When Mustafa insisted, Gabriel showed a little of his majesty, which is beyond description.
A single wing covered the east and west, and Mustafa fainted from the awe.
Seeing him unconscious from fear and terror, Gabriel embraced him.
That awe is reserved for strangers, while this gathering is freely given to friends.
Kings have times of sitting in majesty, with terrifying guards and swords in hand.
There are warnings, spears, and swords that make lions tremble with awe.
The cries of heralds and those polo sticks make souls weak from their dread.
This is for the common people passing by, to inform them of the king's majesty.
This grandeur is for the public so that they do not wear the crown of arrogance.
It breaks their egos and reduces the chaos and evil of the self-centered.
The city becomes safe because the king holds power over punishment and control.
Thus, desires die in the souls, and the king's awe prevents those misfortunes.
But when he comes to the private feast, there is no awe or retribution.
Patience upon patience and mercy overflow; you hear nothing but music and no cries.
Drums and trumpets are terrifying in times of war, but during feasts with the elite, there is the sound of the harp.
The court is for the public's accounting, while the beautiful ones are companions of the cup.
Armor and helmets are for battle, while silk and music are for celebration.
