I have a bad temper, I am weary, please excuse me. How can my nature be pleasant without your beautiful face, my beloved?
Without you, I am like winter, people suffer from me. With you, I am like a garden, my nature is like spring.
Without you, I am senseless and weary, whatever I say is wrong. I am ashamed of my mind, and my mind is embarrassed by the light of your face.
What is the cure for bad water? To return to the river. What is the cure for a bad temper? To see the face of the beloved again.
I see the water of life trapped in this whirlpool of the body. I dig up the earth to make a path to the seas.
You have a potion that you secretly give to the hopeless, so that their cries turn into hopeful longing.
O heart, do not avert your eyes from the beloved as long as you can, whether they turn away from you or embrace you.
