He has trampled chivalry underfoot, turning the prison into hell for that usurer's bread.
If you flee in hope of comfort, from that side too, a calamity will come upon you.
No corner is free from harm and trap; only in the solitude of God is there peace.
The corner of the world's prison is unavoidable; there is no reward without effort and no mat without wear.
By God, if you enter a mouse hole, you will be caught by a cat's claw.
A person's plumpness comes from imagination, if their imaginations are beautiful.
But if their imaginations appear unpleasant, they melt like wax in a fire.
If God keeps you among snakes and scorpions with pleasant imaginations,
The snake and scorpion will be your companions, for that imagination is the alchemy of copper.
Sweet patience comes from pleasant imagination, for those imaginations bring relief.
That relief comes from faith within; weak faith leads to despair and distress.
Patience finds its crown from faith, for where there is no patience, there is no faith.
One may appear as a snake in your eyes, yet in another's eyes, they are an ornament.
Because in your eyes, their disbelief is imagined, while in a friend's eyes, they are imagined as a believer.
In this one person, both actions exist; sometimes they are a fish, and sometimes a hook.
Half of them is a believer, half an infidel; half brings greed, half brings patience.
Your God said, "Among you are believers," and again, "Among you are ancient infidel disbelievers."
Like a cow with its left side black, the other side white as the moon.
Whoever sees this half rejects it, whoever sees that half accepts it.
Joseph appeared as a beast in his brothers' eyes, yet in Jacob's eyes, he was like a nymph.
Due to bad imagination, they saw him as ugly; the peripheral and essential eyes disappeared.
The outer eye is the shadow of that eye; whatever that sees, this one turns into that.
You are spatial, but your essence is in the non-spatial; close this shop and open that shop.
Do not flee in six directions, for in directions, there are six doors, and six doors are checkmate, checkmate.
